I came into the dealership after seeing a car on cars.com that I was extremely interested. After making a phone call to the dealership, and having my questions answered in a timely fashion, I scheduled an appointment to meet with a sales rep. I came in that night, test drove the car, and met with the finance department. Before I knew it, I had the deal, and the car I wanted at the price I wanted it at!!!! I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and half.. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL HASSLE FREE. I would recommend this dealership to anybody, even if they have bad or NO credit at all!! All the employees I had dealt with exuded an authenticity in friendliness. The ability to connect first and do business 2nd was of paramount importance to me. I had previously (the day before) had a less than satisfactory encounter with another Illinois Suzuki dealer that I would characterize as being 'nice' but not with any meaningful connection. Witold Szczerba was my salesperson. He listened, I listened, and we processed the truck deal effortlessly. Mr. Szczerba was a gentleman that was kind and generous, especially with the Lojack option. Normally I would resist getting any additional add-ons but his no-pressure demeanor and common sense persuaded me. He continued his consistency in caring by facilitating the Lojack installation this Friday at my convenience and the promise of another vehicle to use during the install. What's not to like? In regards to Victor Hernandez and Robert Kreiman, my experience was similarly positive. They both enabled me to get reduced costs relative to the Equator I was purchasing. And they did it with a friendliness that makes you want to go back. Suzuki Of Glenview rocks because they know how to handle their customers!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Suzuki of Glenview and each time their service get's better. Mark was well informed, patient, friendly and amazing overall. This dealership is the only dealership willing to help me when I was in need of a car and when I needed to upgrade to a larger car for my family. I purchased a car from this dealor, three days later I'm driving on the highway and a semi truck hit something that went under mycar and did damage to the under carriage, I initially tok the car to a different dealor who estimated the amage at $1200. The dealor also asked me to purchase another car and trade this car in, mind you I have only 300 miles on this car. I informed them I need to check with my dealor as well as my husband. Aftrer speaking to my dealor they said bring the car in so that they can look at it. Once at my dealor they gave me a estimate of less that half the price of the other dealor. Needless to say Nick, Seba and Rob are AWESOME. I didnt go further indebt, my car will be fixed and they will also give me a loaner, something the other dealor wuldn't do.

Went in to Suzuki to check out some used SUV's. They had a CR-V, RAV4, Kia Sportage and a few others and we ended up buying a new Suzuki SX4. Salesman was very helpful but not pushy. General manager made the process simple once I picked the car even though my credit was not great having come out of bankruptcy just over a year ago. They got me financed almost immediately and in no time I was signing the documents and driving away in the new SX4 I picked. The AWD crossover was so well priced, it was a much better deal than the used CR-V's and RAV4's we had checked out. Love the car, really loved the price and highly recommend the dealership. Will certainly go back for my next car.
